COVID-19 Information & Protocols

Under New Jersey Governor Murphy’s Executive Order No. 192, all employees, business associates, and visitors must wear a face covering while on the premises, except when an individual is under two years of age or where it is impractical like when eating, drinking, or receiving a service that cannot be completed while wearing a mask.

Sports Information Analysis will permit employees to remove their face covering when they are at their workstation or alone in a walled space such as an office. Sports Information Analysis will provide face shields and masks to their employees.

To help prevent person-to-person transmission of SARS-CoV-2, Sports Information Analysis has installed plexiglass partitions between occupied workstations. All employees are encouraged to maintain at least six feet of distance from one another. In addition, air purifiers with medical grade HEPA filters are placed throughout the workplace.

On a weekly basis, a professional cleaning crew will clean the office and focus on disinfecting high-touch areas. Employees are encouraged to maintain a clean workstation and to wash their hands often. Disinfectant sprays, wipes, disposable gloves, and hand sanitizer will be provided.

Sports Information Analysis will NOT conduct daily temperature checks or screenings prior to entering the workplace. Employees are to monitor their own health and NOT enter the workplace if they are sick, show any symptoms associated with Covid-19, or come in direct contact with anybody who has tested positive for Covid-19.

Sports Information Analysis does NOT currently have a mandatory Covid-19 testing system in place. Employees are encouraged to routinely get tested for Covid-19 and report the test dates and results to an office manager. In the event of a positive Covid-19 test result, the employee will be instructed to NOT enter the workplace for a minimum of 14 days. The employee may return to the office after providing documentation for two consecutive negative test results for Covid-19 taken at least 24 hours apart.

Sports Information Analysis does NOT currently have a mandatory Covid-19 vaccination policy. Employees are strongly encouraged to get vaccinated for Covid-19. Sports Information Analysis will continue to give high priority in providing a safe and healthy work environment for all employees. Our policy on Covid-19 vaccinations may change in the future.

Sports Information Analysis has a no-visitors policy. Exceptions can be made if necessary.
